It is about a smart and cynical girl who goes through teenage life as a proud outsider in a world of mainly idiotic adolescents and condescending adults. She is an intelligent, unpopular, and quite sarcastic teenager tolerating life among the idiots at Lawndale High. Daria is also a recurring character on the Beavis and Butthead series on MTV.
